We’ve put together a simple step-by-step guide on how to start earning rewards and get money off your mobile bill.
9 simple steps to save money on your mobile bill
Step 1: Download Airtime Rewards
Download the free Airtime Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Verify your number
When you open the app you will be asked to enter your mobile number. You will then receive an SMS pin. Enter this pin to verify your number.
Step 3: Select your mobile network
Select your mobile network provider and account type so we can apply rewards to your mobile bill. We’re compatible with all major networks including O2, EE and Vodafone.
Step 4: Link your cards
Link one or more of your payment cards so we can track your spending with our retailers and reward you with money off your mobile bill. Adding a card ensures that you can earn rewards on every single purchase. Cards become active 24 hours after you’ve linked them and you will be notified via push message when it becomes active.
Your security is our top priority. We are Level 1 PCI compliant and work in partnership with VISA and Mastercard. Your card details are kept secure and encrypted. Best of all, there are no hidden charges or fees. It’s completely free!
Step 5: Browse retailers
Scroll through our list of over 150 retailers and restaurants for some shopping inspiration. These include Greggs, Boots, Wilko, Argos and Papa John’s. We’ve handily listed them into categories and via location so you can see the retailers closest to you. Click on the retailer pages to see how many rewards you can earn.
Step 6: Turn on your notifications
Be the first to know about our exclusive offers, new retailers or the latest competitions by signing up to our marketing emails and enabling push notifications. You don't want to miss out on any extra rewards!
Step 7: Start shopping
Start shopping! Every time you shop at one of our retailers with a linked card, you can earn up to 20% rewards.
It can take up to 14 days for transactions to reach our system, so keep an eye on the transaction status in the app. We have varying pending periods across our retailers, but typically a transaction will be complete after 35 days. You can track your purchases within the ‘History’ section of the app for an accurate countdown. Once the transaction is complete, the rewards will appear in your balance.
Step 8: Redeem rewards
Redeem your rewards and save money on your bill! Simply select the amount you’d like and apply it to your mobile bill directly from the app. Your rewards should appear directly on your mobile phone bill after 24 hours.

Missing a transaction?
It can take up to 14 days for the transaction to appear in your account. If it has not appeared after 14 days, you can fill in a claim form under ‘Missing a transaction?’ in the app. We will then escalate the transaction with the retailer and card schemes. You should hear back from us within 10 days.
